Our extensive capabilities in engineering for building systems, central utilities, cleanrooms, and process systems enable us to design reliable, efficient, and safe facilities.
A solid reputation—from concept to completion. As a testament to our valued client relationships and quality of work, many of our projects come about as a direct result of previous engagements. Our facility design methodology frequently uses a phased approach starting with Conceptual Design. The conceptual design phase is primarily focused on identifying and sizing the space, equipment and utilities required to implement a manufacturing process or other technical facility functions. Basic or Preliminary Engineering subsequently provides further design development to refine the concept with sufficient detail to generate a reliable cost estimate. This is followed by Detailed Design work to produce final construction drawings and procurement specifications. When the facility design is done, O’Neal gets the follow-through right. We offer solid construction administration and procurement services – using the same responsive project team that delivered the design. Bottom line, O’Neal is known for exceptional advanced technology facility design—from concept through detailed design and construction administration.
