This allows O’Neal to establish a guaranteed cost and schedule at an early stage. We can reach a guaranteed cost and schedule for approximately 1% to 3% of the overall project cost. Clients receive a complete project execution plan, preliminary design documents, and a guaranteed price for design and construction of the project.
Under this EPC project delivery model, O’Neal has the complete responsibility for the project, from start to finish. The project schedule and project budget are developed at the start. All scope, cost and schedule risks are passed to O’Neal. This approach to project delivery offers the tightest integration of activities during the construction process through a structured and disciplined method. In addition, communication among the design, procurement and construction teams begins immediately.
