DME Principal Selected for INTERPHEX Live Expert Panel

ALLENTOWN, PA—(February 17, 2016)—DME principal David M. Marks, P.E. has been selected as an expert panelist at this year’s INTERPHEX Live education session addressing the topic of Overcoming Facility Upgrade Challenges. The panel, hosted by renowned pharmaceutical technologist, Russ Somma, PhD, consists of subject matter experts and will cover the latest developments within the life sciences industry. DME Adds to Its Engineering and Design Teams

ALLENTOWN, PA – (November 5, 2015) – DME has recently added two new members to its team of engineers and support staff. Stanislaw (Stan) Mikulski, Electrical Engineer, and Marcus Silva, Associate Mechanical Designer, will be supporting DME’s growing facilities design business. As an electrical engineer, Stan will be working on facility design projects in the biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, food and chemical sectors. In this capacity, he will be developing system specifications that support facility expansions, renovations, new equipment, and remediation projects, as well as perform feasibility studies, concept development, and equipment/utility capacity analyses. DME Offers New Education Program for INTERPHEX 2016

ALLENTOWN, PA – (October 12, 2015) – DME is pleased to announce its participation in next year’s INTERPHEX 2016 Technical Education Program. The program, entitled DME Facility Focus, encompasses feedback and analysis regarding the latest industry trends and technologies affecting manufacturing facilities in the life sciences sector. Based on survey data derived from polling a range of professionals across the industry, DME engineers and industry experts will provide analysis and insight into the future of cGMP facilities, as well as practical guidance on how new technologies can transform current manufacturing operations. DME Recognized For Project Excellence

ALLENTOWN, PA – (July 22, 2015) –DME was recognized at tonight’s ABC Keystone Chapter Excellence in Construction Awards Gala as part of its collaboration with Horst Construction of Lancaster, PA, for their work on West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc.’s Kinston, NC cleanroom facility. DME provided engineering design for the facility addition and renovations, as well as construction administration services. In addition to DME and Horst Construction, Eric Walker, AIA of Lancaster, PA will be honored for this project.
